Returns
You may return most new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within the specified return window for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Some products, such as clearance items or personalized goods, may be non-returnable unless faulty. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The fastest way to secure an exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on shopcasualshorts.com. If you prefer a direct exchange and the requested item is in stock, please start the process through our Returns Center at shopcasualshorts.com. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Conditions
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with no alterations, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, stained, or show signs of wear may be refused, and will be sent back to the customer. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale intimate apparel or swimwear if the protective liner has been removed.
Processing
After we receive your return package, please allow several business days for us to process it. We will send you an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been finalized. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within a few business days after processing, depending on your financial institution. For exchanges, we will ship out the new item once the return is approved.
